The Lyric is now seeking an Executive Director and Joint Chief Executive to co-lead the organisation alongside Artistic Director and Joint Chief Executive, Rachel O’Riordan.

This role will suit an experienced, collaborative senior leader with a strong track record in organisational and financial leadership, who is motivated by partnership working and committed to equity, access and inclusion. The successful candidate will play a central role in supporting The Lyric to continue to thrive as an artistically adventurous, socially engaged and financially resilient organisation.
